Chocolate Mint Julep

Ingredients
- 2 parts Contrary Cow Chocolate Whiskey
- 1/2 part Simple Syrup
- Fresh Mint Leaves
Method
- Muddle the mint leaves and simple syrup in a julep tin cup or rocks glass to release the mint oils.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Pour the Contrary Cow Chocolate Whiskey over the ice.
- Stir until the mixture is well chilled.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint.
