Chocolate Mint Julep

Ingredients

  • 2 parts Contrary Cow Chocolate Whiskey
  • 1/2 part Simple Syrup
  • Fresh Mint Leaves

Method

  1. Muddle the mint leaves and simple syrup in a julep tin cup or rocks glass to release the mint oils.
  2. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
  3. Pour the Contrary Cow Chocolate Whiskey over the ice.
  4. Stir until the mixture is well chilled.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
