Ingredients
- 2 parts Contrary Cow Chocolate Whiskey
- 1 part Sweet Vermouth
- 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
- Amarena or Luxardo Cherry for garnish
Method
- Combine the Contrary Cow, sweet vermouth, and bitters over ice in a mixing glass.
- Stir well to blend the flavors.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, neat or on the rocks.
- Garnish with a cherry.
